The New York City Department of Education (DOE) is seeking proposals from organizations experienced in providing electronic communication tools for schools to facilitate internal and external sharing of content by schools. The DOE wants to offer Content Management Systems (CMS) to schools in order to allow them the ability to create, customize and administer web-based communication websites.
