Sealed proposals will be received subject to the terms of the solicitation, at
the office of the Director of Procurement Services, Cobb County School
District, 6975 Cobb International Blvd., Kennesaw, GA 30152. Proposals
will be received up to 3:00 PM Eastern time on December 21, 2009.

There is a Pre-Proposal Meeting for vendors responding to this RFP. The
