School Seeking Proposals for VOIP telecommunications services

Painted Desert Demonstration Project (DBA STAR School) is seeking proposals for telecommunications services needed for our business and academic functions. STAR School is a Charter School located 25 miles NE of Flagstaff Arizona and a rural area. STAR School is a completely off-the-grid facility providing its own electricity through solar and wind generators. Our phone system is supported by our internet connectivity and requires VOIP or similar technology; there is no access to ground lines.
We currently have limited VOIP phone connectivity, two phone lines and one fAX line. We will require 8 lines using VOIP or a similar technology that makes use of the internet.
Acceptable proposals will provide quotes for services, description of how the service will be provided, and contact information for the company. The selected service provider will provide services under the E-Rate guidelines, invoicing our school for the unfunded 10% of total costs and invoicing USAC through 472 BEAR reimbursement process for the funded 90%. Funding approval letters will be provided to the service provider. The successful proposal will allow for an "out clause" in the contract with STAR School in the event that E-Rate funding is not approved by USAC.
