School Seeking Proposals for Cell Phone Services

Painted Desert Demonstration Project (DBA STAR School) is seeking proposals for telecommunications services needed for Cellular Communications for our staff. STAR School is a Charter School located 25 miles NE of Flagstaff Arizona and a rural area. STAR School is a completely off-the-grid facility providing its own electricity through solar and wind generators.
STAR School currently needs 12 Cell phones for their staff. Proposals will guarantee that phone numbers can be ported if there is a need for changing carriers.
Acceptable proposals will provide quotes for services, description of how the service will be provided, and contact information for the company. The selected service provider will provide services under the E-Rate guidelines, invoicing our school for the unfunded 10% of total costs and invoicing USAC through 472 BEAR reimbursement process for the funded 90%. Funding approval letters will be provided to the service provider. The successful proposal will allow for an "out clause" in the contract with STAR School in the event that E-Rate funding is not approved by USAC.
