School Renovation

This project consists of the renovation of an existing administration building (Building A) of approximately 2655 square feet, a cafeteria building (Building B) of approximately 10,855 square feet, and four classroom buildings (Buildings C, D, E and F) with a total area of approximately 34,015 square feet. The work also includes low-voltage electrical system upgrades to a multi-use building (Building G), which is otherwise not included in the renovation. The renovation of the existing buildings includes selective
demolition and new partition construction, exterior window replacement, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations, and mechanical, and electrical system renovations. The sitework scope of work includes supports for new exterior grade-mounted mechanical equipment, utility work, new accessible concrete paving walks, and minimal landscaping.
