School Efficiency Reviews
The purpose of this project is to provide an objective review of the efficiency of non-instructional services in a selected school division. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) from the the Agency is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract for the analysis and reporting on independent school
division's (i.e., district's) operational efficiency. A single award will be made for each division to be studied, as described on page seven of this RFP. The overall goals of this endeavor are 1) to identify opportunities to reduce costs in non-instructional areas to allow the division to channel any such savings into instruction, and 2) to identify best practices followed by the division that may be shared with other divisions statewide.
This project is specifically NOT to focus on means or methods to directly influence the effectiveness of the division's instructional process itself.
