School Climate Survey
The purpose of the district wide school climate survey is to obtain information on the attitudes and opinions of current teachers and professional staff at each campus. The survey should focus on conditions within the school that are related to a positive culture. These may include (but are not limited to) academic focus, school safety, quality of professional development, level of student engagement, innovation, communication, campus morale, and relationships among administration, staff, students, families, and the community.
