CLIN 0003 Contractor Manpower Reporting, Qty 1 Each
Provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools and transportation necessary to perform power monitoring software upgrades and configuration to existing Schneider Electric Meters located at building 1580, East Range (water treatment plant) and building A0240, Helemano Military Reservation and to commission (12) twelve previously purchased Schneider Electric Meters, located at building 575 (substations 1 and 2), Wheeler Army Airfield, Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
Period of Performance: 28 September 2017 thru 10 October: ten (10) working days
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and the following addenda apply:
SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
The Offeror shall provide specifications of all items quoted. Offers will be accepted through any of the following options:

Offers must be received at email address In Box no later than date and time specified in block 8;
Offeror must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/
Submissions must include the following: At least one (1) Department of Defense (DoD) reference(s) with email and telephone contact information who can confirm at least one (1) offeror experience relative to installing Ethernet cards, commissioning, upgrading software, and providing training for Schneider Electric metering systems
BASIS OF AWARD:
The Government will make a single award, resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and is lowest priced.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, do not apply to this acquisition.
Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
