Schematic Design Architectural Services - West Roseville Community Center
The City of Roseville is inviting proposals to provide schematic design architectural services for an estimated 20-30,000 square foot community center building. Also as a component of these services, to include park master planning as it relates to the community center mterfacinq with the historic Fiddyment Ranch complex, located in the regional sports complex Park Site F-56 of the West Roseville Specific Plan. The building is envisioned to be located west of the Fiddyment Ranch Main Farmhouse complex and within the 75.6 acre Regional Sports park, located between Phillips Road and Hayden Parkway in the West Roseville Specific Plan. Proposals should reflect the intent of the West Roseville Specific Plan and historic Fiddyment Ranch complex. Information provided herein is intended to be used as a guide.
