THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The Colorado Army National Guard intends to award a brand name only for Scheinder Electric SmartStruxure in order to facilitate seamless operations of a Direct Digital Control (DDC) System within all Colorado Army National Guard facilities. Systems that are compatible via open communication gateway, interface, driver and/or protocol (including but not limited to excluding the use of BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus and other like-communication schemes) are not acceptable.
The purpose of this synopsis is to identify potential sources that may offer a compatible system to provide a fully integrated Direct Digital Control (DDC) System connected to the Schneider Electric SmartStruxure hardware and software building controls platform to be delivered through hardwired Input/Outputs, and absent any associated open communication gateway, interface, driver and/or protocol (including but not limited to excluding the use of BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus and other like-communication schemes).
All interested concerns must provide this office information of a compatible system as stated above no later than 31 March 2017 at 1400 hours Mountain Standard Time.
