Scanning Solution
The College is seeking OMR (Bubble form) data collection package. It must be meet the following specifications.
Must work with a Fujitsu 6130 Sheet Fed Scanner
Should have software to produce surveys to be administered to students on paper and then have the ability to scan the results using the referenced scanner when complete
Vendor must be able to program their solution to scan backlog of Scantron completed surveys without using a Scantron scanner or software.
Ability to print own forms, no longer necessary to purchase preprinted forms
Installation and training must be available and factored in the proposal
The proposal should include the annual cost of maintenance and support
Downloadable demonstration of solution must be made available to evaluation committee.
Three references with contact information must be part of the proposal
Evaluation:50% cost, 25% ease of use with existing scanner and computer system, 25% references
