Scanner Maintenance
It is the intention of the organization to award a one (1) year Preventive Maintenance Service (Service) contract to the most cost effective and qualified Service provider for Canon High-Speed Color Scanners (Scanners). This Service will be offered through our organization for our component and regional school districts.
This Service will also include Scanners utilized internally at our facilities. The current number of Scanners is approximately 37. The contract issued from this bid shall also cover any additional Scanners through the contract period. However, the number of Scanners covered under said contract period cannot be guaranteed.
Although this is a Preventive Maintenance contract, the successful contractor must be capable of providing service to perform Scanner repairs on an as-needed basis during and post warranty periods.
