Scan child support case files into electronic documents.
The County District Attorney Child Support Enforcement Division is soliciting proposals to scan child support case files into electronic documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to scan all active child support case files into the State of Nevada’s Division of Welfare & Supportive Services document management system “Compass”.
The Vendor must use County Child Support taxonomy; work on site at the Elko County District Child Support Division; hire employees who can pass the Child Support background check; work in conjunction with existing child support employees who will also be scanning active child support files and rebuild the physical child support file after scanning.
