Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and supervision required to calibrate scale equipment as reflected in the attachment 1. All scales are to be inspected on a bi-annual basis. Scales numbered 1-36 require two (2) calibrations to be performed between 01 April - 30 September and 01 October - 31 March. Scales 37-48 require two (2) calibrations; one performed between 01 January and 31 March, and the second performed between 01 July and 30 September. All scheduled inspections shall occur at least 90 days from the previous inspection date. In addition to scheduled calibration, the contractor must also have the ability, and be available, to perform unscheduled maintenance and make repairs to the scales when necessary. Response times to unscheduled maintenance are no later than 24 hours after notification from the respective squadron representative. If notification for unscheduled maintenance occurs on Friday, Saturday or Sunday then the contractor shall perform the unscheduled maintenance the next business day.  See attached document.
