The University is seeking offers for a scalable network monitoring software to monitor 100% of the University network, every 60 seconds. Goods and Service Procurement. Award will be made to one Offeror. Award will be made by complete lot(s); however, only one lot will be awarded, whichever is most advantageous to University. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder(s).
