Saudi Arabian Engineering Services for LANTIRN Program
This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC anticipates issuing a "R" Request For Quote for the acquisition of Engineering Services in support of the Royal Saudi Air Force's Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) program. This effort will include in-Kingdom travel to provide complex test equipment related action item resolution requiring OEM assistance to support equipment failure resolution, along with required testing equipment.
This acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales and is Sole Source to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training (LMMST) (CAGE: 16331). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1.
Request For Quote will not be posted to FBO.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
