This post is to clarify any confusion regarding the update posted 09 Jul 2014. No award has been made regarding this requirement. The government intends to post a draft RFP some time in FY15. The draft will contain a draft RFP with draft PWS to enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities.  Except for this post, 338 SCONS does not anticipate further engaging in any pre-solicitation exchanges with industry until after posting the draft. Sorry for any confusion.
