Satellite Parking Lot
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services from civil/traffic engineering teams to assist with the Satellite Parking Lot Project. Consultant teams should include a civil engineer that can prepare Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E); a traffic engineer who can prepare a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) report; and an environmental consultant who can prepare the appropriate CEQA documents for the project. The required services and performance conditions are described in Attachment “B” Scope of Work (or Services).
