The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) and the Santa Cruz County Planning Department are pleased to invite your firm to submit a proposal to develop Santa Cruz County multimodal transportation modeling tools. The modeling tools will be used to analyze the transportation impacts of multimodal transportation and land use projects within Santa Cruz County. The RTC will be the agency that awards the contract and manages the selected contractor for this project. Responses should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
