Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, intends to solicit quotations for delivery of Sand (washed Concrete Fine Aggregate) And Gravel (Washed Concrete Course Aggregate) to Jamestown Dam, located immediately north of the city of Jamestown, North Dakota.
Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around June 12, 2014. Quotes will be due on or around June 26, 2014. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484220. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $25.5 Million.
The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R14PS00608 will be issued via www.fbo.gov . The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to interested vendors on these websites after June 12, 2014. Hard copies will not be made available.
Vendors are reminded they must have an active and complete registration in the System for Award Management to be considered for contract award. Registration can be completed by going to www.sam.gov. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
