San Francisco Housing: Strategic Planning. experienced strategic planner facilitators to help provide guidance, facilitation and consulting services that position the San Francisco Housing Authority in final compliance with Asset Management requirement and Regulations issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The selected Consultant will develop a new five (5) year strategic plan in accordance with the Authoritys mission which will flow naturally into the SFHAs goals, objectives, associated activities and tasks. Concurrently, the selected Consultant will facilitate the process via an annual strategic planning session(s) to be held with the Housing Authoritys Board of Commissioners and Executive Staff to ensure the specific goals and objectives are identified and aligned to the Authoritys obligation to comply with all requirements of HUD Asset Management Regulations, its culture, management practices, and residents needs. In addition, the selected Consultant will work with the Housing authority to enhance and strengthen the Mission Statement.
