The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority ("FCEDA"), a "body politic", is initiating a process to select a qualified San Francisco Bay area and Silicon Valley area-based provider of consulting / economic development services to promote Fairfax County, Virginia as a business location to California-based information technology firms interested in expanding their business to an East Coast location, in accordance with specifications set forth in Request for Proposal("RFP") No. 2007-03.
