The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Division of Gulf Operations (DGO) intends to procure supplies and services for turn- key operation of the water well at the Beaumont Layberth Facility, located in Orange, TX, to include all monitoring, sampling, and reporting to the State of Texas.
