Salvage of City Owned Property in South End Redevelopment District
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. on April 9, 2009, at which time a Selection Committee composed of City staff members from the City Managers office and Public Works Department reviewing the proposals and making a determination of which contractor to recommend. Proposals received after said time will be returned to the proposer unopened. These proposals will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the work in accordance with the specifications for:

TIME LIMIT: All work shall be completed in 45 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued.
*Contracts will be awarded on a lot by lot basis.
* A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be required for those who
did not attend the previous pre-bid meeting held
January 13, 2009.
* The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held April 3,
2009 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will start at
324 Fort Riley Blvd.
