Sale of Surplus Tires and Disposal of Scrap Tires
The contractor shall purchase surplus and/or salvage tires on an as needed basis from various locations throughout the County. Additionally, the contractor must remove and dispose of all scrap tires, as requested by the County. For purposes of this contract, scrap tires are defined as tires having cord showing, not able to hold air, or tires that otherwise cannot reasonably be used for the purpose for which they were originally intended.
