Sale of Surplus Textbooks and Media Books
The Organization's surplus textbook and media book sale includes a broad selection of books from all content areas. Previously, the Organization sold surplus books from content areas that were designated in the Single Textbook Program Submittal Process. This year the books to be sold will include surplus textbooks and media books that were not sold in previous years. All available textbooks shall be inspected at designated schools as listed on Attachment #1. Each school will gather surplus textbooks in a central location within the school. Bidders will have the opportunity to inspect all materials within the Organization's timeframe. All textbooks will be stored and picked up at these locations. The successful contractor shall pick up ALL textbooks regardless of condition within the time allowed.
