Sale of Recycled Materials and Other Recyclable Materials

County is requesting bids for the SEMI-ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR SALE OF RECYCLED PAPER AND OTHER RECYCLABLE MATERIALS for the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT. Vendors MUST bid on all items. County will not enter into any contract where the cost is provisional upon such clauses as "escalator" or "cost-plus" clauses.
