Sale of Property to Facilitate Adaptive Reuse
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA) is seeking proposals from qualified developers to purchase and develop a CRA/LA-owned site consisting of two (2) parcels (Site). These parcels are: (1) the former Engine House No. 18 parcel; and (2) an asphalt parking lot striped for nine (9) surface parking spaces located north of the Engine House and separated from it by a narrow alley.
