Safety, Health, and Mission Assurance (SHeMA-2)
The NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) has released the FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Safety, Health, and Mission Assurance (SHeMA-2) support services including Mission Assurance, Operational Safety, and Occupational Health. This procurement is a follow-on effort to current contract,
NNC13BA05B.
It is the intent of the Government to meet these requirements by issuing a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) component resulting from this solicitation.
The NAICS code and small business size standard are 541712 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology) and 1000 Employees, respectively. This procurement is Full and Open. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered
by the agency.
NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet at www.fbo.gov . It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
Questions on the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be presented in writing and submitted to the Contracting Officer, Dawn R. Pottinger. Questions are due by 12 p.m. Noon Local Time on August 24, 2017. The RFP number, NNC17ZQ002R, shall be in the subject line of all emails. Questions of any nature or in any form shall NOT be directed to the technical personnel. Telephone questions will not be

Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) (Attachment P) are due by 12 p.m. Noon Local Time on August 24, 2017.
