1. Specialized companies and establishments interested in taking part in this Tender are required to report to Contracts & Tenders Division, Head Office of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City (2nd floor), Al Salam Street, to collect the Tender documents against payment of the above prescribed fees, un-refundable.
2. Each bid must be accompanied by an initial deposit in a form of a bank guarantee, as described in the above table, valid for 120 days from Bids Opening Date.
3. Bids have to be submitted to the Secretariat of Bids Opening Committee (Office 16-C, 2nd floor, Head Office of the Municipality, Al Salam Street) in red-sealed envelopes (including all the required and approved tender documents) as follows:
A. Envelope 1: Contains the Financial Proposal, to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name, and Proposal Name.
B. Envelope 2: Contains the Technical Proposal, to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name and Proposal Name.
C. Envelope 3: Contains the Tender Bond, to be marked on the outside with the Tender Number, Project Name and Proposal Name.
4. The deadline for submitting bids is 10.00 am on the Bids Opening Date.
5. This ad is an integral part of the conditions and documents of the Tender.
