The City seeks a qualified and motivated consultant team to provide the annual requirements for Safe Routes To School (SRTS) consultant services for the Department of Transportation Bike and Pedestrian Program. Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funding will be utilized which requires compliance with federal requirements. As such, attached to this solicitation (Appendix A) are Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Terms and Conditions which includes a Certification Regarding Lobbying For Contracts, Grants, Loans And Cooperative Agreements which shall be signed and submitted with the offerors proposal.
