Saddle Club Pavillion Sale
AFTC/PZI (Arnold) contracting division intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price "Sales" contract for the sale of a pavillion at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, transportation and other items and services necessary to dismantle the structure and remove it from the area in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and maps. This award will consist of 1 CLIN: CLIN 0001 dismantle and removal of pavillion.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this effort is SaddleClubPavillion2696. Offerors shall comply with the attached instructions, provisions, and clauses. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and are included in the Attachment labeled FAR Provisions and Clauses.
The following Attachments to this notice include: (1) Performance Work Statement titled "Saddle Club Pavillion PWS"; (2) AEDC Saddle Club Pricing Response Sheet; (3) FAR Provisions and Clauses; (4) Photos.
The NAICS code is 238910. This solicitation is unrestricted and being procured using full and open competition.
Quotes shall be submitted by inserting the unit price in CLIN 0001 of the AEDC dismantle and removal of pavillion Pricing Response Sheet. The amounts can be hand-written and must be legible.
Payment for this sale will be on a lump-sum basis.
Offers due date/time. Quotation responses shall be sent electronically no later than 2:00 PM CST on 28 June 2019. Questions (if applicable) shall be received electronically No Later Than (NLT) 2:00 PM CST 11 June 2019. Government will provide responses/answers (if required) by an amendment.
Required Quotation Package. Vendors shall submit quote package electronically (by e-mail) and the Government shall receive the package NLT the established date and time (2:00 PM CST on 28 June 2019). Electronic mail (e-mail) submission to the below email address is the only acceptable method to submit a response to this solicitation.
