Sacramento Public Library Strategic Plan
This Request for Proposal (RFP), from the Sacramento Public Library Authority (hereinafter referred to as "Authority"), solicits qualified businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Vendor") to submit a proposal to facilitate a long-term strategic planning process. The Vendor will work collaboratively with the Authority to create a document that will address every aspect of library services, and will include measureable goals for future library and community needs.
