S--Solar Power Generation Multiple Award Contract
This solicitation is for a Solar Power Generation Systems (SPGS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 221119. A firm is small if, including its affiliates, it is primarily engaged in the generation, transmission, and/or distribution of electric energy for sale and its total electric output for the preceding fiscal year did not exceed 4 million megawatt hours. Multiple awards will be made to approximately five (5) contractors The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the purchase of solar generated electric power through Power Purchase Agreements.
