In support of the Navy Energy's to test and qualify fuels created from ************ produced, *************** sustainable, sources for ********* into its MIL-DTL-16884 (F76) and ************ (JP5) DLA Energy will solicit for the following base requirement: 750 U.S. Gallons (USG) each of 100% Synthetic ************ Conversion Diesel (CHCD-76) and 100% Synthetic ************ Conversion High Flash ******** (CHCJ-5) fuel. This requirement is for the Navy Fuels Laboratory at Patuxent River, Maryland. The base period will allow the Navy to begin screening tests with five option periods for follow-on qualification testing. The option period quantities are as follows:
