SUPPORT SERVICES ACCELERATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPACT FOR SRI LANKA

This is NOT a solicitation or pre-solicitation and this notice does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future or as an obligation on the part of the MCC. At this time, no solicitation exists.
The purpose of this RFI is for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to assess contractor interest in assisting MCC in the acceleration of the development of a compact for Sri Lanka through an expedited project identification process. MCC seeks industry input on what the estimated cost are for such services. The estimated cost should take in consideration level of effort as well as travel to Sri Lanka and MCC Headquarters to fulfill the tasks and deliverables. Also, MCC is seeking comments to the tasks and deliverables which would be taken into consideration when finalizing a final statement of work if a Request for Quote is released.
