The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a minimum quantity of 25 each up to 125 each maximum of the SUPPORT, STRUCTURALC NSN: 1560-01-286-8870, Part Number: 70400-08117-049 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System.
Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 25 each, 810 Days after Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 25 each, 540 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002.

This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
All offers must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
