SUPPLY AND DELIVER SEVENTEEN (17) EIGHT-PASSENGER MINI VANS
The City desires to purchase seventeen (17) eight passenger Mini-Vans, eleven
(11) 2009 models to be purchased immediately after award and six (6) 2010 model vehicles in 2010. In
the event that 2009 models are not available all models will be 2010. All vehicles must conform to the
specifications provided in Exhibit G. The vans will be used for the commuter vanpool
program.
It is the intention of the City to establish a strategic business arrangement with one supplier for all of
the equipment, warranty administration, and factory support for these vehicles. The City envisions
working with the successful supplier that can supply a quality product at a delivery schedule possible
in order to accommodate a current year service implementation.
