SUPPLY & DELIVER PAPER PRODUCTS FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS
The City, on behalf of Public Schools, intends to enter into a contract for the supply and delivery of paper
products supplies, beginning upon contract execution and extending through June 25, 2010. Paper products include all paper
supplies needed to operate the Public School Lunch Program. This contract shall be subject to appropriation and /or
continuation of funding.
Award will be made to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder for all items based on the Grand Total. Any bidder not
providing prices for all line items may be deemed unresponsive and therefore rejected. Inside deliveries to six schools is required
to start on or before November 1, 2009. Prices must be F.O.B. destination inside the cafeteria storeroom(s) to each school
location.
