This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being set aside 100% for Total Small Business Procurement Program in accordance with the FAR subpart 19.502-2

IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 323117 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation.

The Solicitation No. is 140A1619Q0143 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017.

INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals.

Quotes must be submitted to janice.begay@bie.edu. Any other method to submission will not be considered.
All quotes are due May 10, 2019, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following;

AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.

All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in SAM at, www.sam.gov, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7. To register or learn more about SAM, go to: http://www.sam.gov.

The Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and provisions are available on the internet at, http://www.acqusition.gov or may be requested from the Contracting Officer.
