SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH FIRM
The County School System is seeking proposals from highly qualified and capable firms specializing in nationwide public school superintendent searches. The successful search firm shall possess a demonstrated track record of success in identifying and attracting the most competent K-12 public school district superintendent candidates available in the United States. The successful search firm shall have no agency representation relationship with potential candidates and shall not function as a placement firm for a pool of clients. The successful firm will work closely with the Board of Education to match expectations and profile requirements for its new Superintendent.
