The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Oakland, California. The services provided should be within a three (3) mile radius of the Oakland City Hall, 1 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, California 94612 and within a 0.50 mile from an Alameda-Contra Costa Transit (AC Transit) stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 01, 2019 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2024 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services most recent Statement of Work dated September 2017, PSB. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted.
