STUDENT HOUSING PHASE 3
The Student Housing Phase 3 Project Bid Release No. 1 consists of the following work: grading for
building and site, and new utility infrastructure. Future bid releases include the construction of two new
multi-story housing units with a total square footage of approximately 90,000, and site improvements and
enhancements. The estimated total project cost is $30,000,000.00, including this bid release and future bid
releases.
The Project will be constructed using Multiple Prime Trade Contractors, totaling approximately 30 unique
Bid Packages, with each Prime Trade Contractor executing a direct Contract with the University. The
Universitys Representative will provide full time, on-site Construction Management, including coordination,
scheduling and quality control for the entire Project.
