STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES (SHS) - IT TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

The University and Student Health Services (SHS) desires to receive
proposals from professional providers of comprehensive managed information technology
services. This includes on-site and off-site support, maintenance, and repair of computers,
network hardware and network peripherals, operating system and network management software,
all inclusive help desk administration, compliance and related Managed Information Technology
Services to support to SHS.
SHS intends the Vendor to be the primary source for Information Technology Services, on-site
and off-site.
The University and SHS also desire to receive an alternate proposal for Hosted Services based on
the requirements in this RFP.
