This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2005-71 Effective 25Nov2013.
This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed on a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. This acquisition will be competed to the full extent required by regulation. The NAICS code that applies is 339112 and business size is 500 employees.

This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable requisition. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government.
