PRON: AX7F6091AX. The Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation proposes to acquire on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a quantity of 450 each STRUT, ASSY, NSN: 1615016541267, Part Number: 7-311160055-5 applicable to the A-BJ AH64 APACHE weapon system.


Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 540 days after contract award (DACA). Deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002

The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All offerers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible  for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar then click on AMCOM Spare Parts Manufacturer or Distributor SAR. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency.  The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
