Must wrap approximately 20 pallet loads per hours - with 12RPM variable speed turntable.
Must have Photo eye
Adjusts from 20% to 150% stretch.
Troubleshooting screen.
115 volt, 15 amp electrical capacity.
Machine must have built in scale with +/ 1lb. accuracy
Must accommodate maximum skid size of 52x52x80 quote mark
Max roll width 20 quote mark
The turntable must be low profile, 60 quote mark diameter x 3.20 quote mark high
Wrap Height must be up to 80 quote mark
Machine must have computer interface port
Machine must not weigh more than 1,200 lbs.
Machine must include and Information Monitor, which displays machine operation and diagnostic data.
Must include a Scale Display with at least 6 digit LED w/ at least quote mark numbers
The machine must offer two wrap modes (spiral up only or spiral up and down)
The machine must have a system reset which resets carriage and turntable to home position.
Must include a Turntable Jog, allowing manual job operation of turntable.
Must include a Carriage Job, allowing manual raising and lowering of the film carriage.
Must include Top Wraps/Bottom Wraps which stops the film carriage anywhere in its travel to provide extra quote mark banding quote mark wraps to reinforce the load.
Simplified Stretch with turn nob to increase the stretch and force on the load.
The photo eye must detect the top of the load, wrap 3 times automatically, and send the carriage down.
