STREET AND PARK IMPROVEMENTS
The work generally consists of public improvements including BMP, mobilization, soil erosion
control & SWPPP, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, storm drainage system,
private water and sewer systems, dry utilities, retaining and seat walls, restroom building,
pavements surfaces, street parking, lighting, fencing and gates, playground and shade structures,,
site furniture, signage, striping, irrigation system, landscaping, 60-Day Minimum Landscape
Maintenance Period, curb & gutter, street surface improvements, ribbon gutter, water play feature,
basketball courts, As-built plans, and related work on Buelow Park and street
construction/modification on Autumn Drive. Work shall be in accordance with the 2006 Green
Book Standards and supplements, and other standards as mentioned in contract documents. If
conflict occurs between standards, the most stringent shall supersede.
