The Strategic Management Services Division is soliciting proposals to establish a
pool of qualified Non-Information Technology (NON-IT) firms and consultants that
can provide the services listed in Section III, Services to be Provided, on an as
needed basis, for a maximum of four years. The pool will be administered subject
to the CalPERS Spring-Fed Pool Procedures outlined in Exhibit 5. None of the
firms within the pool is guaranteed to receive any engagement or compensation
