This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0384 for NSN 1650-01-317-4571 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a STRSP ASSEMBLY, FAIR. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures.
The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 73 each. The required delivery schedule is 107 days.
This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
